The Essex Road and Open Relays' Saturday 16th March 2019 - Starts 11am
Harwich and Dovercourt Rugby club race HQ, parking west end carpark
The race is open to teams that do not meet the Essex qualification criteria, 4 men or 3 women per team. Such teams will not be awarded any Essex county medals.
126 teams entered so far Start listEssex County medals awarded to the first 3 eligible teams in each category, and the fastest overall runner in each category.
To be eligible to enter the Essex Championship you need to either have been born in Essex or have been an Essex resident for at least 9 months.
In addition you cannot have competed in another county's championship in the same year (eg. Suffolk / Kent,etc)
Runners will not qualify for Medals if they are not wearing the club kit of their first claim club in whose name they have entered.
The race will be timed using a chip timing baton that must be carried in the hand at all times
