Training 24th May


as you may know I am taking the training this week.

We will be doing 'acceleration miles' this requires a target time for a mile of 110% of your next goal race pace so if you coud work that out before you arrive it would help.

If you need guidance on how to do this I would be happy to advise.

It would also help if you could have stop watches or similar to hand.
1 mile Autolaps on the Garmin are useful for this session.
